Murkowski Questions Interior Secretary Nominee Haaland on the Willow Project

In a Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing to consider the nomination of Representative Deborah Haaland (D-NM) to be Secretary of the Interior, U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) asked Haaland that if confirmed, if she will allow the Willow Project to proceed without additional changes or environmental review recognizing the trajectory this project has been on and her role to be an impartial arbiter on permitting decisions for Willow and other similar projects.
