Murkowski Gives Annual Address to Alaska State Legislature

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, delivered her annual address to the Alaska State Legislature today in Juneau. In her speech, Murkowski highlighted the urgent need to increase production from the state’s northern oil fields to keep declining oil throughput from forcing a permanent shutdown of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System.
