Murkowski Announces Additions to Staff
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, has announced two new additions to her legislative team in Washington, D.C. Murkowski has added Jeremy Price as her Legislative Assistant for appropriations, transportation and telecom issues, and Kristi Williams as her Legislative Assistant for Alaska Native and Indian Affairs.
“As I continue to work for Alaska, I am glad to have the support of dedicated and hard-working staff,” Murkowski said. “I look forward to the contributions these new Alaskan staff members will make towards our work in the Senate.”
Jeremy Price serves as Senator Murkowski’s Legislative Assistant responsible for appropriations, labor and pensions, surface transportation, telecom and spaced related issues. Price, born and raised in Salcha, Alaska, joins Senator Murkowski’s office after serving for five and a half years with Congressman Don Young, R-AK, the last two as Legislative Director.
Kristi Williams serves as Sen. Murkowski’s Legislative Assistant responsible for Alaska Rural and Native Affairs. Previously she worked for Doyon, Limited, in Fairbanks, and is a recent graduate of the University of New Mexico Law School with a J.D. and Indian Law Certificate. Williams was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, and is Gwich’in and Koyukon Athabascan.
